The Milk Theory
by Lala Nomada
In milk fat particles are suspended in water, not interacting with each
other and being independent... ignoring each other. Continually changing location without
affecting the molecular structure and due to its mass a particle can hide behind another.
However, various factors such as changes in pH level or temperature can
unexpectedly break this system, causing milk particles to
agglomerate into a smaller space. Through this phenomenon milk is
separated in two new phases: a liquid and solid.
Is there any similarity with our society?
